The Salvation Army is seeking a Care Manager for Pacific Lodge Aged Care Plus Centre, Collaroy, NSW. You will lead the clinical care of residents, collaborate with the Centre Manager, and oversee the multidisciplinary care team to uphold clinical governance and a compassionate, homely environment.

Ideal candidates bring senior clinical management experience in aged care, robust people skills, and familiarity with AN-ACC and funding optimization.
