Senior Service Engineer for a leading specialist supplier in the Diagnostic Imaging sector with a nationwide presence. The role offers flexibility to work remotely as part of the position, based in the Melbourne team.

Key responsibilities

- Liaise with customers on a time critical basis
- Maintain detailed service records (written and electronic)
- Provide timely advice and consultation for equipment repairs (on-site and via phone)
- Manage Spare Parts Inventory
- Diagnose and repair equipment
- Occasional travel across Australia and New Zealand for customer support
- Install and commission equipment at customer sites
- Follow up and maintain an active service database

About you

- Tertiary or equivalent degree in electronics or substantial electronics experience
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams
- Experience servicing diagnostic X-Ray equipment including relevant state licenses
- Robust troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explain solutions to customers and other engineers
- Strong work ethic and loyalty




- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Flexibility with travel and working hours
- Proficient in IT (Windows, Word, Excel)
- Valid driver's license and passport (or ability to obtain one)
