ADM Milling – Carbohydrate Solutions is seeking a Packaging and Loading Superintendent to lead all packaging and load-out operations at the plant. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while overseeing ~28 direct reports and collaborating with the Plant Manager.
The role requires robust leadership, problem solving, and the ability to train and develop staff. You will implement programs and SOPs and manage capital projects to maximize yields and uptime.
