As Salon Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the team and maintaining our reputation for excellence, whilst driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support, mentor and continuously develop the team
- Be a strong positive role model who promotes positivity and an inclusive culture
- Model and drive exceptional customer experience while upholding treatment, service and salon standards
- Lead daily operations and salon systems including appointment management, staff rosters, stock and supplier management
- Coordinate and lead team meetings and weekly training
- Support therapists to achieve personal and salon KPIs helping drive retail, rebooking and client experience
- Support new team members through onboarding and training
- Identify opportunities to improve the salon

What should you bring:
- Proven experience working in a salon management or supervisory role within the beauty industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining salon excellence through excellent and practiced knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare services and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong salon management and basic financial/budgeting knowledge
- Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the beauty industry
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced salon setting
