The Sporting Globe is opening its biggest Greensborough venue and seeks a hands-on Sous Chef to join the opening leadership team alongside the Head Chef. You will help build the crew, establish standards and get the brand recent kitchen firing from day one.
You’ll lead busy services, manage day-to-day operations, ensure food quality and consistency, assist with ordering and stock control, drive food safety, and coach your team to perform at their best in a high-energy environment.
