Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet organisational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and growth within the Not For Profit sector.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Profile A successful Account Manager should have:
- Demonstrated experience in account management or a related field within the Not For Profit sector.
- A robust understanding of client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
