Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- High-volume invoice entry and matching
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Processing supplier payments and payment runs
- Maintaining accurate vendor records
- Assisting with month-end activities
- Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries
Your Profile
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Pronto, MYOB, Xero, Oracle, Dynamics or similar
