Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) is recruiting an Enrolled Nurse Care Partner to join the Support at Home team. You will coordinate care for older people in the community, with clinical oversight from a Registered Nurse, and operate within a cooperative pod model.

You will conduct assessments, plan care, undertake home visits and maintain documentation while aligning with funding and individual goals. A rewarding role in a local not-for-profit setting.
