- Work alongside experienced operators
- Opportunities to work on major projects across NSW and nationally
- A genuine pathway to becoming a qualified and experienced EWPoperator

What we're looking for

We're more interested in the person than the resume.

You could be coming from transport, construction, logistics, agriculture, mechanics,

earthmoving or another hands‑on industry – or simply looking for a career change.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable and punctual
- Safety-focused
- Mechanically minded and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Eventually able to work independently
- Prepared to put in the effort to develop their skills

You'll need

- HR driver's licence
- Construction White Card
- Valuable driving history
- Ability to pass the required medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Previous EWP experience is not essential.

Where this can take you

If you're looking for more than just another driving job and want to build a specialised career with a stable Australian company, we'd like to hear from you.
