Fresh Hope Communities in Stanwell Tops, NSW, is seeking a Program & Bookings Coordinator to work with guests from initial enquiry to arrival, tailoring programs to group goals and coordinating details to bring experiences together.
You will talk with guests to understand needs, coordinate enquiries and cancellations, prepare quotes and handover documentation, and collaborate with Program, Guest Relations, Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure every arrival runs smoothly.
