What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years working as a pastry chef.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Experience working with laminated pastries with precision and consistency.
- Manage mixing, sheeting, shaping, proofing, and baking processes.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- A good understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
