Corporate Landscape Services (CLS) on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Leading Hand to lead our day-to-day council landscape maintenance contracts. You will guide the crew, set quality and productivity expectations and ensure safe, productive delivery with a focus on developing others.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring and continuous improvement, working closely with Supervisors and Project Managers.
