Limestone Coast Local Health Network invites applications for the Enrolled Nurse Transition to Qualified Practice Program at Naracoorte Health Service. This 26-week, structured program supports newly graduated Enrolled Nurses to consolidate knowledge and skills in an acute setting under supervision.

You will provide person-centred care, develop clinical practice, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs and safety.
