Bernardi Group is seeking a Store Support Lead at our Sunshine, VIC location to assist the Store Manager and act as Duty Manager. You will drive KPIs and brand loyalty by leading a team of Customer Service Assistants, delivering results during assigned shifts and embodying Ten Tops values.

Responsibilities include payroll administration, staff training, stock and cash management, store cleanliness, safety, and driving sales.
