We're on the hunt for a superstar Coach to join BFT Ashburton, lead sessions, bring the energy and help build our supportive culture.

Join one of the most exciting studios in the BFT network and help us build something special in Ashburton.

As a Coach with us, you'll be right in the mix, leading sessions, energising the room and making sure every member feels seen, whether they're in a group of 20 or getting one on one cues. You'll help shape a culture that's fun, inclusive and genuinely supportive.

What we're after:

10 to 15 hours availability per week potentially more available

A real passion for helping people reach their goals





Robust communication and leadership skills, you know how to run a big group and still make it personal

Solid knowledge of training principles and how to adapt sessions for every fitness level

Confidence coaching technique, progressions and regressions

Comfortable chatting memberships with members on the floor

A growth mindset and genuine willingness to learn from the team around you

Cert III in Fitness (or equivalent)

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Available mornings, evenings and some Saturday mornings
