Join the Retirement Living team at the Air Force Memorial Estate in Bull Creek and support our residents as our newest Administration Assistant.

This part-time opportunity works Thursday and Friday from 8am to 4pm on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. You will provide friendly, professional administration and reception support to residents, members, prospective residents and the Estate team.

About the Role:

As Administration Assistant,



you will be a key point of contact for the Estate and help keep day-to-day administration running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and respond to enquiries by phone, email and in person, providing warm and professional support.
- Prepare and distribute documents and communications, including flyers, newsletters and resident information.
- Maintain accurate resident and unit records, including electricity usage and essential documentation.
- Manage office supplies and financial administration, including purchasing, stock control, receipting, banking and reconciliation.
- Support residents, staff and volunteers through general administration, volunteer coordination and professional document preparation.
- Monitor pager and emergency call systems during office hours and coordinate handover to Security.
- Support the maintenance and grounds teams by managing maintenance requests and providing administrative assistance.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Estate Manager.

About you:

- Robust front-of-house and reception experience.
- Demonstrated administration experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience processing billing and invoicing is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A professional, proactive and can-do approach.
- Previous experience in a retirement living setting will be highly regarded.
