Pearl Recruitment is seeking an organised and approachable Administration / Customer Service Officer for an established business in Bibra Lake. You'll support the administration team with a mix of day-to-day tasks, and training will be provided. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position for the right person.

The role:
- Assist with purchasing and general administrative tasks
- Help coordinate events and other team activities
- Enter and maintain information accurately
- Respond to enquiries and support the wider team as needed
About you:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Positive communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Organised, reliable and happy to help across a range of tasks
- Experience with purchasing, purchase orders or event coordination would be a bonus, but isn't essential as training will be provided
