About the role
Join SA Medical Imaging (SAMI) as an Administrative Officer and play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the SAMI Executive Office. You'll provide high-quality, timely administrative support to the Executive Office and leadership team, helping coordinate correspondence, workforce activities and day-to-day priorities.
Working closely with the Executive Coordinator, SAMI leadership team, Campus Operations Managers and Administrative Support team, you'll build strong working relationships across SAMI, SA Health and other public entities. Your organised and responsive approach will help ensure administrative processes are delivered professionally and efficiently.
About You
You are an organised and adaptable administration professional who can balance changing priorities while delivering accurate, timely and confidential support. You communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders and enjoy contributing as part of a collaborative team.
- Bring strong organisation and administrative support experience
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Use Microsoft Office and database systems confidently
- Manage priorities, confidential matters and deadlines with care
