Advisory Partner

(hiring on behalf of our client)

- Primarily adaptable & remote work, with in-person attendance required for Boardroom Days and key events.
- Starting November 2026 - Join at an exciting stage of growth, with the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
- Flexible Engagement - We are open to the right person joining as either an employee or contractor, with options for full-time or a committed part-time load.
- Base & Performance Commissions - The full numbers and details are set out at offer stage.
- Opportunity to earn equity in the company.

About the Company

Our client is a strategic advisory firm helping ambitious women scale service-based businesses from six figures to seven figures and beyond. Their clients are coaches, consultants, agency owners and service-based founders who have built successful businesses but reached the point where growth requires more than simply doing more themselves. They need sharper strategy, stronger leadership, better numbers and the right structure to scale.

The company is now looking for an experienced strategic Advisory Partner to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with women running businesses ranging from $100K to $2M in revenue. You will challenge their thinking, bring clarity to their numbers, team and offers, and hold them accountable to the decisions and plans required to move the business forward.

This role is suited for someone who can advise clients credibly at this level, where you need to have built, led and scaled a business yourself and understand firsthand what it takes to move beyond the founder-led stage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients

- Run 1:1 advisory sessions with the members, working on their constraint, not their to do list
- Facilitate group advisory calls where you are the one holding the strategic thread across the room

- Review client audits, financials, offers and funnels, following our frameworks and methodologies
- Track progress between sessions and pull people back on the plan when they drift
- Flag at risk members early and do something about it before renewal season

2. Run in person Boardroom Days
- Lead a table of 10 to 15 members through a half day of hot seats, diagnostics and roadmapping
- Prepare the room properly beforehand: know every business at your table before they sit down
- Hold the standard in the room, keep the energy high and the conversation commercial
- Support the wider event delivery at the upcoming business conference in November and any in person intensives through the year

3. Help to scale the company
- Sit in on strategy with the CEO & Founder as a genuine sounding board, not a note taker
- Own a slice of the growth engine, whether that is conversion, retention, product or partnerships, based on where you are strongest
- Improve the way we deliver advisory as the client base grows, so quality does not drop as numbers climb
- Contribute to sales conversations with prospective members where your experience is the proof point

What we are looking for

Non-negotiable

- You have scaled a company to $5M+ in annual revenue, as the founder or CEO, or as one of the key C-suite executives who drove it.
- You can hold a room. Facilitating 15 high performing women through a full day takes presence, pace and the ability to interrupt politely.

- You are commercially direct. You can tell a founder her offer is the problem, in a way she thanks you for later.
- You are Gold Coast or South East Queensland based, and available in person for Boardroom Days and events.
- You are available from November 2026.

Desirable

- Experience running Meta ads or building marketing funnels, so you can advise on acquisition rather than refer it out
- Background in the mentoring or advisory space, so group delivery is not new territory
- Experience in the events industry, especially multi day conferences or retreats
- A track record of scaling a services, agency or consulting business specifically, which is where most of our clients sit
- A network you are willing to open for partnerships, speakers and sponsors

Practical Details:

- Start: November 2026
- Structure: Employee or contractor, full time or a committed part time load.
- Travel: Occasional interstate travel for events
- Hours: AEST business hours for client calls. We are not clock watchers, we are outcome watchers
- Team: You will work alongside the CEO & Founder, Client Success Manager, and content and production team
- Growth: This role is built to grow into leading the advisory function as the Boardroom scales
- Commission is earned based on four things: Client load, Upsells and renewals, Client milestones and Proof.
- The full numbers, thresholds and payment timing are set out at offer stage and you will see the whole model before you sign anything.

- If the first 12 months are successful, there will be an opportunity to earn equity in the company as well.

If you are an experienced business leader with strong strategic advisory capability and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow, we would love to hear from you!
