Fred & Freda is the creative agency for property. We partner nationally with owners, managers and their teams on the campaigns, brands and environments that make places worth visiting, for clients including GPT Group, Scentre Group, Vicinity, Colliers, Cbus Property and REVELOP.

As an Account Executive, you'll work alongside our Account Managers and Account Directors, keeping their jobs organised and moving. You'll be close to the work on national campaigns, leasing brochures, hoardings and precinct brands, and you'll learn how it all gets done from the people running it.

This role suits someone early in their career who's organised, keen to learn and happy being the person who keeps everything on track.

What you'll do

- Support Account Managers and Directors across their clients and campaigns
- Set up and manage jobs in ClickUp, including tasks, timelines, statuses and handovers
- Write up briefs, EOM reports and WIP notes
- Prep for client meetings and follow up on actions
- Coordinate feedback and approvals between the account team, clients and the studio

- Help manage campaign rollouts across multiple centres, including sizes, specs, versions and handover to clients' printers
- Check artwork before it goes out
- Help pull together quotes and track jobs against budget
- Take on your own smaller jobs as you find your feet
- Get across the AI tools we're building into our process
- Adhoc studio assistance as required

About you

- 1–3 years in an agency, marketing or client-facing role (retail property or shopping centre marketing is a bonus)
- Very organised, with a good eye for detail
- A explicit, friendly communicator, in writing and in person
- Happy juggling lots of small things at once
- Interested in design, retail and property
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and Canva. ClickUp experience is a plus
- Keen to learn and grow into an Account Manager role
- Full working rights in Australia and will not need sponsorship now or in the future
