Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
· Current HR licence (minimum).
· Demonstrated experience operating heavy vehicles.
· Understanding of HVNL/NHVR requirements (fatigue, mass, load restraint).
· Ability to follow batching instructions and slump requirements.
· Strong safety focus and situational awareness.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Construction White Card (QLD).
· Ability to meet Cordwell’s Group medical and fitness requirements.
Additional Requirements
· Ability to work early mornings, overtime, weekends, and public holidays as required.
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
· Ability to travel between Cordwell’s Group sites and customer locations.
