Role: AI Architect

- Client is seeking an experienced AI Architect to define and lead the architecture of enterprise AI solutions that enhance member experiences, improve operational efficiency, strengthen healthcare outcomes, and support responsible AI adoption across the organisation.
- The AI Architect will be part of a team who partner with business leaders, technology teams, data scientists, cyber security specialists and enterprise architects to design scalable, secure and compliant AI platforms leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI and advanced analytics capabilities.
- This role will play a critical part in shaping client's AI roadmap while ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy obligations, security standards, Responsible AI principles and emerging Australian AI regulations.

Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Architecture

- Define client’s enterprise AI reference architecture.




- Develop AI and Generative AI roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
- Establish reusable patterns for AI, agentic AI and intelligent automation.
- Create target-state architecture across AI, data and digital platforms.
- Provide technical leadership across all AI initiatives.

Enterprise AI Platform Design Design and govern solutions across:

- Generative AI
- AI Agents
- Conversational AI
- Machine Learning
- Intelligent Document Processing
- Predictive Analytics
- Clinical and Member Personalisation Models
- Knowledge Management Platforms
