GetFin is looking for a seriously capable Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or AI student to join us over the university summer break.

This isn't an internship where you'll be making coffees, sitting in meetings or fixing someone's printer.

You'll be given a real business and a simple objective:

Automate as much of it as possible.

GetFin is a Sydney-based asset finance brokerage specialising in business, equipment and prestige vehicle finance.

We already operate across HubSpot, META Ads, Gmail, Google Drive, APIs, workflow automation and a range of finance platforms.

Now we want to build the next layer.

→ AI-powered document processing

→ Automated client onboarding

→ Intelligent workflow automation

→ CRM integrations

→ Email and communication automation

→ AI-assisted credit submissions

→ Internal knowledge systems

→ APIs and webhooks

→ LLM / agent-based workflows

→ Finding repetitive things we currently do manually and making them disappear

Who we're looking for

Probably a current Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or AI/ML student.

But your degree matters less than what you can actually build.





If you're the person who spends your spare time messing around with ChatGPT, Claude, APIs, Python, agents, automations or building weird side projects because you genuinely enjoy this stuff — we want to hear from you.

AI nerds are very welcome.

You don't need years of commercial experience.

You do need to be curious, technically capable and comfortable being given a problem without being handed the answer.
