About the Role

As our AI Enablement & L&D; Partner, you’ll lead workforce AI adoption across Trilogy Care. You’ll build practical enablement content, run training, support our AI Champion network and work with divisional leaders to embed AI into everyday work, creating safe, low-pressure spaces where people can experiment, ask questions and make mistakes without judgement.

This is a hands-on role with company-wide reach, split roughly 70% AI enablement and 30% learning and development. You’ll be the driving force behind our 500 Moments campaign: 500 people, 500 light bulb moments, one company moving together. Our technology team has built the platform. Your job is to help our people actually use it.

What You’ll Do

- Partner with divisional leaders and I&T; Leads to spot adoption barriers and build practical AI enablement plans for each area.
- Design and deliver hands-on, workflow-specific AI training, from foundation sessions to advanced pathways.
- Build a library of enablement resources, including how-to guides, short videos, use-case libraries and prompt toolkits.
- Be the go-to person for complex AI questions and feed recurring issues back into the programme.
- Run our Hearts & Minds programme day to day and support a network of AI Champions driving adoption in their teams.
- Track adoption, sentiment and productivity data to show where AI is delivering value.
- Develop and facilitate broader L&D; content, and co-design the AI components of induction and leadership programmes.
- Build automated learning workflows using AI and no-code tools.




- Support Trilogy Labs hackathons and stay across current AI tools relevant to aged care.

What Makes This Different

About You

- 3+ years in learning and development, including at least 2 years leading AI or digital adoption with teams.
- A confident, hands-on AI user who can show others how to put it to work.
- A skilled facilitator, in person and online, who adapts to audiences with very different levels of digital confidence.
- Patient and empathetic, with a real understanding of how people experience change.
- Able to build trust with leaders at all levels and co-design practical solutions.
- A clear communicator who can turn complex tech into simple, useful content.
- Comfortable working with data to spot trends and make recommendations.
- Organised, self-driven and quick to adapt as tools and priorities change.

Bonus points for aged care or healthcare experience, a background in change management, or experience with no-code automation tools.
