As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and support children's social, emotional and developmental needs.

Key responsibilities

- Create a kind, safe, nurturing and mindful workplace for children
- Plan, implement and contribute to engaging learning experiences
- Build warm, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and families
- Support children's social and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team
- Contribute to observations, programming and documentation
- Support children throughout daily routines, including meals, rest, transitions and outdoor play
- Maintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and wellbeing
- Contribute to maintaining welcoming, organised and engaging learning environments
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service

About you

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- A warm, friendly and professional approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliability, enthusiasm and a positive attitude




- Creativity and a willingness to bring fun and meaningful experiences into children's learning
- An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
- A commitment to child safety and creating environments where children feel safe, secure and supported
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain the relevant clearance
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Above staff-to-child ratios, with additional educators supporting our rooms
