About the Role

As a Roving Chef, you will travel between our aged care facilities to:

- You will be required to travel across Melbourne
- Prepare and deliver high-quality meals across various sites
- Support and enhance resident dining experiences
- Assist kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations




- Maintain food safety, WHS, and quality compliance
- Manage stock, ordering, and food costs
- Communicate effective with facility management, residents, and families

What You Bring

- Ideally, aged care experience, including modified textures and dietary requirements
- Strong food cost and stock management skills
- Qualified presentation and communication
- Knowledge of Food Safety legislation
- Flexibility to travel between sites
