ORS Group is expanding its Early Childhood Support service for NDIS participants aged 0-8, combining an ECS role with Positive Behaviour Support duties to deliver family-centred, evidence-based care. As an Early Childhood Support Practitioner, you will work with families to set goals, coordinate multi-disciplinary therapy, and support children’s development.
The PBS component focuses on improving emotion regulation and replacing restrictive practices, with training and in office supervision
