You'll take responsibility for a small portfolio of approximately 60-80 properties, giving you the opportunity to provide great service to landlords and tenants without being overwhelmed by an enormous rent roll. The portfolio has room to grow, so we're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and happy to take ownership of their role.

About you

Previous property management experience preferred, but not essential

A positive, can-do attitude, and a desire to increase the portfolio

Strong organisation and time-management skills

Good communication and people skills

Confidence working independently while still being part of a team

A practical, common-sense approach to problem solving
