We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Registered Nurses to join our team.
In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality clinical care in a calm, values-driven
environment where residents feel safe, supported, and respected.
Working alongside a committed multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation, policy, and best practice
- Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in conditionCollaborate with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal clinical teams
- Contribute to quality improvement, compliance, and resident safety initiatives
- Foster a calm, welcoming, and resident-centred setting
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supervising and supporting care staff
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A compassionate, flexible, and resident-focused approach
- A commitment to quality care, safety, and continuous improvements
Key Requirements:
- Current National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination in line with current requirements and influenza vaccinations are highly encouraged
