Fyfe is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join our IT Service Desk, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support across the business. You will own incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help maintain a high-quality IT support experience.
The role offers autonomy while collaborating with seasoned IT professionals and contributing to service delivery improvements. A 1–2 year background in a service desk is preferred.
