Role Description

This full-time Workload and Warehouse Administrator role is based in Port Melbourne, VIC. The role involves artanging service schedule, facilitating administration wirk of service,



coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate stock and inventory records in relevant systems. The Administrator will schedule and prioritize workloads, support order processing, and ensure timely fulfillment to internal teams and external customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement in service administration. The role also requires clear communication with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve queries, manage delivery expectations, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
