The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Dandenong South - Full time and on Onsite.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining debtor accounts, allocating payments, following up overdue balances and resolving account discrepancies. You’ll also work closely with customers, Sales and the wider Finance team to support strong cash flow and effective credit management.

Key Responsibilities:





- Process and allocate customer payments
- Follow up overdue accounts, short payments and discrepancies
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve outstanding items
- Maintain new and existing debtor accounts
- Generate debtor statements and assist with month-end reporting
- Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding account issues and collection risks
- Monitor expected receipts and escalation potential payment concerns
- Managing competing priorities and tasks

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years’ experience in Credit Control and/or Accounts Receivable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel- you need to be a numbers person!
- SAP experience preferred, but not essential- we can train the right person
- Interest in and exposure to AI models (such as Claude, Chat GPT or Copilot)
- A self-motivated team player who can also work independently
