Calma is recruiting for a massage and/or beauty therapist and team trainer to join our exceptional team of therapists.

The spa therapist + treatment trainer role is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to work in a calm, supportive spa environment. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for all things spa, skin and wellness and a successful working history as a beauty/dermal/massage therapist.
What your week will look like:
- Loving working with together with a team of incredible therapists
- Maintaining 5 star standards and presentation across entire the entire business
- Excelling at client rapport + multi-tasking with a smile
- Taking ownership of the role with creativity and passion
- Working confidently + independently in the treatment room and also at the reception desk
- Confidently creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
- Inducting new therapists with care and enthusiasm
- Supporting the team with ongoing education and training
- Most importantly creating a happy and cooperative work environment for all
The spa therapist + treatment trainer role is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to grow into a leadership role. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for all things spa, skin and wellness and a minimum of 3 years' experience.

- Working alongside all therapists and practitioners with grace, understanding and accountability

- Working confidently + independently with a growth mindset
- Excelling at treatment training and maintaining of protocols and training manuals
- Confidently creating treatment plans and delivering exceptional customer service & client education
- Updating, implementing and documenting processes and policies relevant to treatment training
