About the role An apprentice electrician position within the Maintenance team, offering training in electrical systems and equipment servicing within a meat processing facility.
Key responsibilities
- Routine and preventative electrical maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshooting and fault finding
- Attending breakdowns
- Light fabrication work
- Repairing and servicing faulty equipment
- Reporting and recording data for continuous improvement
- Adhering to QA Standards
- Working within WHS Policies
- Working with PLC and Network Controls
- Attend TAFE and maintain a high standard of work
About you
- Minimum Yr 10 Certificate
- Driver's license (preferred, not essential)
- Works well in a team workplace
- Willingness to learn
- Organised and take pride in their work
- Enthusiastic with good work ethic
