What You'll Do

profitability and operational excellence.
- Build strong partnerships with your Store Managers, coaching and challenging them to become exceptional leaders.
- Develop a high-performance culture where people feel empowered, accountable and motivated to achieve their goals.
- Analyse store and regional performance, turning data and insights into clear actions and opportunities.
- Celebrate success, recognise great performance and create momentum across your region.
- Drive effective rostering, wage management and labour productivity in line with business expectations.
- Identify and develop future talent through coaching, succession planning and career development.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline by creating meaningful development opportunities for your teams.
- Ensure every store delivers an exceptional customer experience and represents its brand at its best.
- Maintain high standards across Visual Merchandising, stock management, operations and compliance.
- Ensure all stores operate in accordance with OH&S; requirements, policies and legislation.
- Work collaboratively with your broader leadership network to bring national strategy to life at a local level.
Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who doesn't just manage stores, they lead people. You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 2 years’ Area Manager or multi-site leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment, ideally within footwear, fashion or lifestyle.
- A proven ability to lead, coach and inspire multiple Store Managers and high-performing teams.
- Solid commercial acumen and the ability to understand what the numbers are telling you, and, more importantly, what to do about them.
- A track record of delivering sales, KPI and operational results.
- A genuine passion for people development, leadership and building exceptional culture.
- The confidence to have the tough conversations, celebrate the big wins and bring energy every day.
- A curious, adaptable mindset,
you're always looking for a better way to do things.
