Mineral Resources is seeking a Team Lead – Mining Operational Applications Support to lead a high‑performing team ensuring stability, performance and continual improvement of the mining application portfolio. You’ll act as SME, liaison with vendors and drive capability development within the team.

You will manage workloads, ensure service levels, and align IT governance with operational needs, building robust relationships across commodity divisions and IT partners.
