Optus is seeking a Senior Director, Organisational Resilience to ensure the business can anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptive events. You will partner with senior leaders to embed resilience into operations and maintain critical services during major incidents.
You will lead crisis management, BIA activities, and resilience programs, influencing senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement across a large, regulated setting.
