Macquarie Group is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a team of 30 engineers and 5 lead engineers. You will own the engineering roadmap, platform delivery and operational health while shaping the long-term vision for internal CRM and tooling.

You will organise the team for success, promote ownership and autonomy, and strengthen release practices, structured CI/CD and AI-assisted coding, with a focus on scalable architecture.
