Cutler, one of Melbourne’s most respected dining rooms, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our exceptional front-of-house team.

About the role:

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Cutler.

Delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing our teams, maintaining high operational standards, and driving business performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on the floor, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.
