We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our residential construction team and work alongside our Site Managers to help deliver high-quality homes safely, efficiently and to program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has residential construction experience and is ready to take the next step in their career, develop their site management skills and work towards managing their own projects.

You will work closely with the Site Manager, Construction Manager, trades and contractors across all stages of construction, gaining exposure to site management, programming, quality control, safety, trade coordination and client handover.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Support the Site Manager in delivering residential construction projects.

- Coordinate trades, contractors, materials and construction activities.

- Monitor quality, progress and site presentation.

- Conduct inspections and assist with defect management and QA processes.

- Maintain site safety, documentation and reporting requirements.

- Assist through Practical Completion, handover and project close-out stages.

- Develop your skills in programming, trade management and construction delivery.

About You

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and driven to build a long-term career in residential construction.

You will have:

- Experience in residential construction, ideally in a Leading Hand, Site Coordinator, Supervisor or similar role.





- Solid understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing.

- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

- The ability to coordinate trades, contractors and site activities.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

- The ability to read construction drawings and work with construction programmes.

- Good computer and administration skills.

- A current WA Driver's Licence.
