Miss Pearl Bar & Dinning at the Melbourne Theatre Company Southbank is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager. We are looking for a star who is personable and well presented – a hospitality natural. This is a busy role overseeing a six-day operation with the occasional Sunday.

About





You - Minimum 2 year in assistant management/ supervisory experience in a busy fast paced venue.

- Strong hands-on floor management experience, ideally within a premium à la carte restaurant.
