Adaluma Consulting is proud to be exclusively representing an established boutique dental practice seeking an Associate Dentist to join its team in beautiful coastal Maroochydore.
This is a genuine growth opportunity offering an existing patient book, broad clinical scope and the flexibility to build a working arrangement around your lifestyle.
The opportunity The successful Associate Dentist will initially take over approximately two to three days of an established patient book, providing continuity of care while developing strong, long-term patient relationships.
Part-time or full-time arrangements may be considered for the right clinician, with genuine flexibility around family commitments and school holidays.
Remuneration is offered at 40% of billings.

About you We would love to hear from an Associate Dentist who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
- Delivers ethical, patient-centred care
- Communicates clearly and builds genuine rapport with patients
- Is comfortable working independently within their experience and competence
- Values collaboration, humility and ongoing development
- Wants to establish meaningful, long-term patient relationships
Technical skills are important, but so are warmth, communication and the ability to help patients feel heard, understood and confident in their care. Australian and New Zealand dentists considering relocation to the Sunshine Coast are encouraged to apply.
