About the role

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and experienced Associate or Client Services Officer to join the growing team as an Associate Adviser. Working closely with a team of experienced Financial Advisers, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting advisers and their clients throughout the advice process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and develop their technical and advisory capabilities.

Key responsibilities

- Support your Advisers/Partners in developing and providing strategic financial planning and investment advice, including investment structures, estate planning, superannuation and retirement planning

- Proactively communicate with clients and identify how the company can best meet their needs

- Prepare relevant documentation for meetings and take part in client meetings with Advisers/Partners





- Ensure advice documents are compliant with industry legislation, regulation, policies and procedures

- Coordinate production of advice documentation and help prepare SOAs

About you

- Ideally FASEA approved Degree or

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualified, or equivalent

- Experience within a similar Financial Planning role

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your workload

- Enjoy working within a team environment
