Novotech is seeking an Operational Strategy Manager to develop data-driven operational strategies that support recent clinical trial business. You will partner with Business Development, Finance, and cross-functional teams to translate sponsor requirements and feasibility insights into executable study plans for oncology indications.
In this role, you will contribute to proposal content, participate in sponsor interactions, assess budgets, and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
