Pay.com.au invites a seasoned growth engineer to join the US squad as its most senior engineer. You’ll own the opportunity from discovery to delivery: registration, activation, referrals and in-product conversion—implemented behind a toggle, instrumented and reversible.
Working with the CTO and the PayRewards leadership, you’ll set architecture, review improvements, and lead AI-native experiments that ship fast with explicit results, on a PCI DSS compliant payments platform.
