The Director, Compliance and Enforcement ensures CAV’s regulatory compliance and enforcement functions are effectively fulfilled in accordance with statutory responsibilities and government and community priorities.
They are a key member of the CAV leadership team and set the strategic direction of the Compliance and Enforcement Branch in collaboration with the Executive Director, Regulatory Services & Director, CAV, to whom the role reports.
