mexec is seeking a hands-on Senior Scientist in inner Melbourne to advance analytical development and CMC activities for complex dendrimer conjugates. You will lead LCMS/HPLC-based methods, plan validations, and prepare regulatory-ready documentation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to lifecycle management, and mentor junior staff while working within a GMP/GLP-compliant framework and a supportive, equity-friendly culture.
