The CSL Internship Program is a paid 10-week program for undergraduate and postgraduate university students in their second-last year of study.
Our program is designed to give you hands-on experience and build your skills through learning and development opportunities, all while working alongside and learning from a diverse group of professionals who are leaders in their field.
Throughout your journey, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Program Manager, your line manager, and one of our current graduates, with exposure to a variety of teams and functions across the business. At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to apply and be considered for an early offer to join our award-winning Graduate Program the following year.

As an Intern in the Corporate and External Affairs stream you will be involvedin activities that support CSL’sCommunicationsand Government Affairsstrategy,contributing toand promoting positive employee cultureand building the company’s reputation with stakeholders.You will have the prospect to work with the local and globalCorporate and External Affairsteam who work across multiple streams includingInternal Engagement,Corporate Affairs and Media,Digital communications,Government and Public Policy, and Community Relations.You will gain experience in day-to-day operationsin a dynamicmanufacturingenvironmentand contribute to projectsatour Australian sites.
You will have the chance to:
- Leverage andfurtherdevelop your written, verbal, multimedia anddigital communications skills with hands-on experienceimplementing communications campaigns
- Help plan andshowcaseactivities,eventsand conferences for our Australian employees
- Contribute to the development of CSL’scommunityand employeeengagement strategy for 2027
