Role Description

This full-time National Channel Sales Manager role is a hybrid position that can be based in Gold Coast, QLD or Melbourne, VIC. The National Channel Sales Manager will oversee the Pharmacy channel sales strategies, manage key partners, and drive revenue growth across national accounts. Daily responsibilities include identifying current channel opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, and nurturing strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners. The role involves collaborating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand positioning, effective promotions, and excellent partner support. The manager will monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and continuously refine channel programs to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills within the Pharmacy channel and working effectively with Key Account Partners




- Candidates should possess proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive targets and lead sales initiatives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support partners and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in FMCG, ideally within sports nutrition, health, or wellness industries.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Candidates will ideally possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
