Position : Regional Sales Manager - NSW & QLD

Remuneration: $145,000-$165,000 + superannuation, Bonus, Car Allowance & Fuel Card

Regional leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional

The One Clinic Agency is partnering with a leading international organisation within the medical aesthetics industry to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead its NSW and QLD sales region. Recognised internationally for innovation and clinical excellence, this organisation has an established global presence and a portfolio spanning injectable aesthetic treatments and related solutions used by clinicians and patients worldwide. The business is focused on increasing access to safe, effective and high-quality aesthetic treatments while continuing to grow its presence across the Australian market.

This hybrid opportunity is suited to an experienced sales leader with proven success managing field-based teams, driving regional growth and improving commercial performance.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Account Managers across NSW and QLD, with responsibility for regional sales performance, territory execution, customer growth and team capability. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strong field presence. You will work closely with your team to translate commercial strategy into practical execution, strengthen customer engagement and ensure sales activity converts into measurable commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead, coach and manage a team of Account Managers across NSW and QLD
- Drive regional sales targets and sustainable revenue growth
- Maintain a strong field presence and coach Account Managers in customer-facing situations
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and acquire new business
- Support the team across objection handling, product positioning, negotiation, pricing and closing
- Drive structured territory planning,



account prioritisation and forecasting
- Identify sales and performance gaps early and implement practical recovery plans
- Build strong relationships with strategically important customers
- Support key account negotiations and commercial discussions
- Manage team performance, accountability and development
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education, Training, Finance, Operations and Customer Service to support broader commercial priorities.

About You

We're looking for an experienced sales leader who can confidently step into a regional leadership position and demonstrate proven commercial and people-management results.

You will ideally have:

- Proven experience managing and leading a direct sales team
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth
- Demonstrated field coaching and team-development experience
- Strong territory planning, account prioritisation and forecasting capability
- Experience identifying underperformance and implementing plans to improve results
- Strong customer and key account management experienceConfidence managing performance and having challenging conversations when required
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, promotions and ROI
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills
- A hands-on, accountable and results-focused leadership style.
- Ability to travel regularly around territories
- Previous experience within medical aesthetics, injectables, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a related clinical/commercial environment will be highly regarded.
